So I've lost another 1.25 pounds! Get innnn. So this is what I ate yesterday (same as before):
- Muller light yoghurt (90cal)
- 2 quorn sausages (2x70cal)
- Mushroom soup (68cal)
So that's a total of around 300 calories. BOOM. Also, how hot is this bitch. Give me her legs I beg of you.
